I would like to let management know about the wonderful people they have in customer service. Thanks a million. Hi Laura, Just wanted to say thank you for providing the tracking information for my order. I was able to see that the driver had attempted to deliver my order Tuesday but there was no one to sign for it. I called UPS and had them change the delivery address to my work location and it was delivered yesterday afternoon. Thanks again for the great customer service. Called and talked to customer service representative, Harry, about ordering a new vacuum. I was interested in the Dyson Full gear as I have allergies and 2 large dogs that shed lots of hair. Harry suggested the Dyson Full Gear and I love it. I like a clean house and do all of the vacuuming (not my wife!). My previous 2 vacuums were a Rainbow SE and Hoover upright. Rainbow was too messy and I never wanted to vacuum because it was a pain in the rear. The Hoover did a good job, but went through too many bags (my hairy dogs) and wasn't a HEPA and blew dust out of the bag chamber. I vacuum 2x a week now because the Dyson is powerful, clean to use and empty, and FUN to watch that dirt get out of my carpet; my house is mostly clean these days and my allergies have greatly improved. Steve, The Miele dishwasher is the best appliance I ever purchased. It is so quiet you don't even know it is running. Thanks for the recommendation. Marge I just want to take a minute to thank the good people at Factory Direct Superstore. I recently ordered a top of the line Dyson vacuum and was told that it would be shipped in 10 to 14 days. Well, about 3 days after I ordered, my $600 Royal broke. I called you folks and I spoke with the same gentleman that sold me the vacuum. I told him my problem and asked if he could do anything to speed up my order. He said he would do what he could. Well, being a somewhat impatient man, I called again 2 days later and I was lucky enough to talk to the same guy again! I told him my name and before I could say anything else, he said "oh yes, your the guy that called about expediting your Dyson order." He said it's shipped and you should have it by Friday. I couldn't believe he remembered that previous call. I only wish I could remember his name. It's that kind of treatment that makes a customer for life. Oh, by the way, this Dyson is unbelievable. Best vacuum I have ever owned and I have owned a lot trying to find a good one. As good as advertised and then some. Thanks again. When I went surfing on the web to look for a Dyson
vacuum cleaner, Factory Direct Superstore had the lowest
prices, by far. I chose to use the telephone and call
in my order... the phone was answered by a real, live
human being. This human being even had a vast knowledge
of the different products he had to sell and helped me
in making my purchase decision. After my product
arrived, I had a question and emailed a question and had
my answer the very same day! I almost forgot to mention
that I truly love my Dyson. A good friend told me that
since using my Dyson that all traces of "doggie" smell

We were in a real bind: Our house is going up for sale and we had a specially-arranged showing scheduled for that Friday. We'd already ordered the same vacuum from another seller online a few days earlier, only to be told that it would ship much later than their ad indicated (and would not arrive in time for the pre-showing housecleaning). Faced with opening a house to prospective buyers where the carpet was gray with dog and cat hair (multiple cheaper vacuums hadn't picked up very well) and (frankly) smelled funny, we were beside ourselves. In desperation, noting the late hour (it was after 5:00 p.m.) and the fact that he's in New Jersey (nearer to us in Connecticut), we contacted Factory Direct and explained the situation. Not only was they extremely helpful and friendly - they cheerfully agreed to put a vacuum out to ship to us the next evening. They were as good as there word and called the next day (that morning, if memory serves) with a tracking number for the package. We got the vacuum Thursday, it arrived in excellent shape, and we're as pleased with the service as we are satisfied with the product (which's outstanding). Please consider this a formal praise. We have been using all brands of commercial machines, (Sanitaire, Electrolux, Kent & Kirby's) and none of them can stay out of the repair shop more than a few months. We have been using the Proteam's for six months now and the only thing we had to do was change the microfilter bag. Also our workers think they are cool and get the job done in less than half the time. This means the get out a little earlier at the end of the night. with my old one a couple of days ago but the
amount of dirt the Dyson picked up made it look
like I hadn't touched it in months. My carpet
feels like it did the day it was installed. Great product!! I received my Dyson last night, weeks before I expected it. The UPS driver passed our house three times, tormenting us and our anticipation of the cleaning power harnessed within that parcel he was destined to deliver to our door. When the knock came, we both sprung down the stairs as if it were the holidays, and it still feels as though Christmas has come early to our household. Since moving into our new house we have been plagued by disastrous vacuum debacles. We ran out of bags, the dogs hair clogged the hose, and the belt broke. We were using a Dust Buster, for God's sake, on the hallway carpet with little to no effect. Then my friends told me about their Animal and how clean their house feels now since they took the plunge and made a pretty hefty purchase on a vacuum. We thought about it and figured this, if we instead bought a $200 vacuum it may last three or four years, but would never exhume the dog hair from the house like an Animal, would we be happy? I vacuumed a small area in my living room and I had to empty it twice (even though the cup is twice the size of my other vacuum) because it picked up so much dirt and pet hair that my other vacuum missed. It is so easy to empty I just couldn't believe it. I have seven (yes 7) cats and two large and very furry dogs. This vacuum is my life saver.
