All High Value or Insured orders may come signature required. Someone may have
to sign and accept delivery. Any order over 100.00 is considered "High

Any changes to orders shipped will be subject to extra S&H charges. This applies
whether incorrect information was entered at the time the order was placed, the
recipient has moved or a new delivery address is requested by either the
purchaser or the delivery recipient. If an order is refused or sent back due to
any delivery change it will be subject to the return shipping fees as well as
the change order and outbound S&H fees.
Any orders that are lost or damaged in transit will be replaced once UPS
completes their investigation and issues a claim for the lost or damaged merchandise.
Lost or damaged orders cannot be canceled. If a replacement order is refused it will be
subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges for
both outbound and inbound shipping. All credits (minus fees) will be issued
upon completion of the investigation and claim. Please note credits may take
up to 30 days after completion to post to your account.

Orders paid by credit cards ship according to the delivery terms in your confirmation email. Credit cards are charged immediately at the time the order is placed. New Jersey Residents and Shipments within New JerseyWe are required to collect 7.00% sales tax on orders from or delivered within the state of New Jersey. No other orders will be charged sales tax. |

Order Cancellations |
| Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You may return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in original saleable condition, in it's original carton with all of the original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals. You must request an RMA number by email. Once you receive the RMA form, you must sign and date it then fax it back to the number listed on the form. We will then email you instructions on where to ship it to prepaid and insured ( Please note it may take extra time to receive your RMA to complete the proper paperwork.). You must write the RMA number on the return label. All returned products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions are not adhered to. Any return that shows damage, excess wear and tear or any missing parts or items may be denied credit or charged accordingly. All returns must be received within 30 days. No exceptions will apply. Exchanges |

You may exchange your product within 7 days
provided it has not been used,
it is in original saleable condition, in it's original carton with all of
the original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals.
You must write the RMA Exchange number on the return label. All exchanged products are subject to the shipping & handling charges listed on the RMA Exchange form. All exchanges must be received within 7 days. No exceptions will apply. The exchange must be for the same exact item otherwise all returned products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions are not adhered to. Any return that shows damage, use or any missing parts or items may be denied credit or charged accordingly. |
