Free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on all orders over $60. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. Alaska and Hawaii Orders will be charged a per package shipping and handling fee of $69.95 on all Machines and $39.95 on all Accessories (i.e., any bundled or bonus offers) for UPS Ground Service. Please note that the shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii will be charged separately and will not appear in the shopping cart or your confirmation email. We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses. We only ship to the 50 State U.S. destinations. Any changes to
orders shipped will be subject to extra shipping and handling charges. This
applies whether incorrect information was entered at the time the order was
placed, the recipient has moved or a new delivery address is requested by
either the purchaser or the delivery recipient. If an order is refused or
sent back due to any delivery change, it will be subject to the return
shipping fees, as well as the change order and outbound shipping and

Orders paid by credit cards ship according to the delivery terms in your confirmation email. Credit cards are charged immediately at the time the order is placed.

Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds |

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled if the request for a cancellation (made by email or phone; see “Ordering Information” above) has been received before the product is in shipping. Confirmation of either a timely or late receipt of the cancellation request will be emailed to you promptly. Once an order is in shipping it cannot be cancelled. Processing of a timely cancellation request will be effective immediately and, subject to a 10% cancellation processing fee, you will have no further obligations to Factory Direct Int., Inc. You may
also return a product (please note the list of excluded products below
that may not be returned) within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in
its (a) original saleable condition and (b) original carton with all of the
original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals. Please

(RMA) Number request form and instructions. No returns will be accepted
without a RMA Number. Once you receive the RMA form, you must sign and date
it, then fax it back to the number listed on the form. We will then email

must write the RMA Number on the return label. Please note that a
failure to follow any of the instructions above will delay processing of

Refusal Of an Order |

Exchanges |

You may
exchange your product within 7 days, provided it (a) has not been used, (b)
is in its original saleable condition and (c) is in its original carton with
all of the original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction
manuals. You must write the RMA Exchange Number on the return label. All exchanged products are subject to the shipping and handling charges listed on the RMA Exchange form. All exchanges must be received within 7 days. No exceptions will apply. Please note that a failure to follow any of the instructions above will delay processing of your exchange. The exchange must be for the same exact item. Otherwise, all returned products may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions are not adhered to properly. Any return that shows damage, use or any missing parts or items may be denied credit or charged accordingly. |

Damaged Orders |
|
Please open the package and inspect the product for damage in order to determine if a claim with the carrier needs to be filed. If your product shows sign of damage, please notify us at once. Damage to the shipping carton does not constitute a damage claim. Once an order is delivered, you must file a claim with the carrier or notify us to file a claim for the damaged shipment. You will also be required to follow the procedures and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carrier. Factory Direct Int., Inc. will not be held responsible for any claims once an order is delivered. Any orders that are damaged in transit will be replaced once UPS completes their investigation and issues a claim for the damaged merchandise. Damaged orders cannot be cancelled. If a replacement order is refused, it will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges for both outbound and inbound shipping. All credits (minus fees) will be issued upon completion of the investigation and claim. Please note credits may take up to 30 days after completion to post to your account. |

Lost Orders |
