All prices are final when an order is placed. There is no price protection and credits will not be issued after an order is placed. Subsequent sales and reduction in prices will not be applied. Products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service center closest to you. This information is available either from the warranty booklet and owners manual or from the manufacturer directly. Factory Direct Int., Inc. makes no expressed or implied warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for any merchandise sold. All warranty claims must be made by the purchaser directly with the respective manufacturers or their representatives. Orders placed on the website or by phone are intended for the original purchaser or as a gift to the original purchasers recipient . We do not knowingly sell products intended for resale. Any purchaser placing an order intended for resale is in violation of our terms and conditions. The product warranty will be voided by the manufacturer and no returns will be accepted. If the product is refused by the shipping recipient the original purchasers will be responsible for all fees associated with the refusal including but not limited to the restocking fees as well as both inbound and outbound shipping and handling charges. If the original purchasers files a credit card dispute we will forward a copy of these terms and conditions that were agreed to when the order was placed and pursue any and all legal means necessary to recover. Orders placed by phone are still bound by the terms and conditions of the website. |

Payment |

Orders paid by credit cards ship according to the delivery terms in your confirmation email. Credit cards are charged immediately at the time the order is placed. Sorry, but we do not accept C.O.D. orders. New Jersey Residents and Shipments within New JerseyWe are required to collect 7.00% sales tax on orders from or delivered within the state of New Jersey. No other orders will be charged sales tax. |

Order Cancellations |
| Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You may return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in original saleable condition, in it's original carton with all of the original packing materials, warranty cards and instruction manuals. You must request an RMA number by email. Once you receive the RMA form, you must sign and date it then fax it back to the number listed on the form. We will then email you instructions on where to ship it to prepaid and insured ( Please note it may take extra time to receive your RMA to complete the proper paperwork.). You must write the RMA number on the return label. All returned products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions are not adhered to. Any return that shows damage, excess wear and tear or any missing parts or items may be denied credit or charged accordingly. All returns must be received within 30 days. No exceptions will apply. All refunds may take up to 30 days. Credit Card orders will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. Any refused shipment will result in restocking fees and shipping and handling charges both ways. |

Refusal Of an Order |

If an order is refused for any reason (except
if after inspection of the product a damage claim is filed) it will be
subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges for
both outbound and inbound shipping. All credits (minus fees) will be issued
after product is received back and processed. Please note credits may take
up to 30 days after processing to post to your account. For orders that are Damaged in transit please review and follow the damage policy on this page. |

Damaged Orders |

Please Note: If your shipment
shows sign of damage please notify us at once. You may be asked to open the
package and inspect the product for damage in order to determine if a claim
with the carrier needs to be filed. Once an order is delivered you must file a claim with the carrier for the damaged shipment. You will also be subject to follow the procedures as well as the terms and conditions of the respective carrier. Factory Direct Int., Inc. will not be held responsible for any claims once an order is delivered. Any orders that are damaged in transit will be replaced once UPS completes their investigation and issues a claim for the damaged merchandise. Damaged orders cannot be canceled. If a replacement order is refused it will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges for both outbound and inbound shipping. All credits (minus fees) will be issued upon completion of the investigation and claim. Please note credits may take up to 30 days after completion to post to your account. |

Lost Orders |
| Any orders that are lost in transit will be replaced once UPS completes their investigation and issues a claim for the lost merchandise. Lost orders cannot be canceled. If a replacement order is refused it will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges for both outbound and inbound shipping.
