Spray away your runny nose, itchy eyes and skin irritations with Allersearch® Anti-Allergen Dust Spray (ADS). This non-toxic formula helps reduce many of the common allergens found in carpets and upholstered furniture including dust mite waste, pet dander and others. Combined with other established environmental controls, Allersearch® ADS™ can help you control the allergens that may trigger asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema and other allergic reactions. Fewer symptoms mean great relief -- and less medication.

What is Allersearch® ADS™?
The active ingredient in Allersearch® ADS™ is 3 percent tannic acid -- the same substance found in coffee and tea. In studies, tannic acid was not found to be a trigger for asthmatic conditions.** It is recommended that furniture, carpets and upholstery be retreated every two months for maximum effectiveness.

**Allersearch® ADS™ has been administered to asthmatic and normal subjects via a nebulizer to determine whether it could provoke bronchospasm. No effect on FEV1 was observed. No changes in expiratory flow rate were observed when asthmatics, whose homes were sprayed with Allersearch® were tested. Allersearch® ADS™ meets the current requirements of State Health Departments and other government authorities. Adverse affects have been rare. These reports have been limited to a contact dermatitis. Patients are advised not to reduce asthma medication (particularly steroids) without medical advice.
